RODNEY MCCUNE

Rodney has over 20 years professional experience providing legal, strategic communications and policy advisory to heads of state, senior government ministers, government ministries and government owned entities, in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia.  

  

He is former Government Ministerial Special Political Advisor in the UK and has worked with governments on nation branding and soft power, capacity building, advocacy, strategic media and stakeholder engagement, digital media strategies, policy reform, destination promotion, investment attraction and high-profile global events and state visits.  

 

Rodney has longstanding political and referendum campaign development and experience and was directly involved in the implementation of the Belfast Agreement under the Irish peace process.  

 

His sharp analytical skills, sound judgement and hard won experience in leading change in complex and challenging environments, has proved invaluable to clients for whom he provides clear strategic direction, to help them achieve outcomes and meet ambitious targets.  

  

Rodney is an experienced trial Barrister, having spent over a decade in practice, graduating in Law from King’s College London in the United Kingdom, and the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
